Effective May 1, 2026
These Terms ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Postify Ltd. (Company No. 517338851) ("Postify"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You own everything you put into Postify — drafts, scheduled posts, training content, uploaded media. We get a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content to train shared models or to benefit any other customer.
You agree not to:
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period, then your workspace becomes read-only for 90 days before deletion. We don't refund partial periods unless required by law.
We may add, change, or remove features. For breaking changes that affect existing functionality, we'll give at least 30 days notice via email and in-app banner.
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms after notice and a reasonable cure period, except for severe violations (fraud, illegal activity) where suspension may be immediate.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid Postify in the 12 months prior to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Berlin, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to your local courts.
